REDNECK CATHOLIC: About Congress

Our Democratic Party controlled congress yesterday defeated an ammendment to the Health Care Plan that would have required members of Congress to use the plan for their health care.

If they don't want it--why should we?

THIS BE THE LAW!

1--It's my blog, and if I get tired of you, or I think you are being abusive of one of the community of people who visit here, yu're gone.

2--If you think you have been unfairly banned or censured, see # 1.

3--I'm Catholic. If that bugs you tough shit. If you want to hang out and discuss differences, fine, more than fine. If you want to argue with me and we, fine. If you get to the point of being a troll, see #1.

4--Never, ever presume to be disrespectful to Our Lord, Our Lady, His Saints or His Sacraments.

5--The Church is one, holy, apostolic and catholic. Note that it says nowhere, "perfect". There are people and groups within the church that need criticism, and at times even ridicule. (The Fathers of the Church did so quite often!) Just remember, that these people are part of the church--not the Church. Treat our mother, in exile here, with respect due the Church founded by Christ.
