In keeping with my policy of giving President Obama his due, I will mention here that his gift for Pope Benedict XVI is very thoughtfull, and appropriate. Not always something he does well.
He is giving His Holiness a stole, that has been draped over The enshrined body of St. John Neuman.
That's a good thing to give to the Pope.

Sure is! The stole was draped there! Actually, it might me a third class relic, now that I think about it--I'm unsure if it's a stole that the saint used.
Well, I'm glad to hear that. I figured they'd give him a cd of sermons by Jeremiah Wright and Fr. Phleger.
But that still doesn't mean they have any respect for innocent babies, or life itself. Narcissism --- everything is all about "them."
And did you (ladies) notice that what Michelle wore was a carbon copy of what Laura Bush wore when visiting the Holy Father -- Come on get petty with me :)
